How to Apply

    The application is a 3-step process
    1. Filling in the on-line application (S.A.R.A. website http://disi.unitn.it/edu/appform/login.xml )
    2. Finalizing your on-line application.
      Reminder: once you press the finalize button it will NOT be possible to modify your application anymore; please make sure you double-check all sections and uploads before you press this button.
    3. Sending the submisison short form (pdf file) signed in original via fax or surface mail (no via e-mail)
      Reminder: without this document your finalized application will be null and void.


    Important notes
    • The documents do not need to be officially attested by a notary.
    • The on-line application is jointly admission and scholarship form; there is not an additional scholarship application form to be filled in.


    Needed documents
    • A copy/photocopy of the applicant's passport or identity card. Only the pages with picture and personal data.
    • A copy/photocopy of the IELTS, TOEFL, or CAE certificate (not older than 2008). In case, the istitutional code 2348 01-University of Trento
    • A copy/photocopy of all academic degree certificates (i.e. Bachelor or equivalent, Master or equivalent) or other postgraduate degrees/academic qualifications. Note: if the degree is not in English, German, or Italian, an English translation is needed, done by an officially recognised translator or your University. Students who have not yet completed their first degree, but who predict to graduate before August 31 2010, can apply to EuMI. If selected, their admission will be conditional on the receipt of the degree certificate by EuMI not later than August 31, 2010.
    • Copies/photocopies of all transcripts or other academic records that give proof of the higher education studies (i.e. Bachelors, Masters etc. ) including credits and grades achieved in each single subject
    • Reference letters (minimum 2) should be requested via S.A.R.A. application procedure. In case your reference letters are in sealed envelopes, please notify the EuMI Secretariat via email (info@eumi-school.org) and send them together with your hard-copies documents
    • Once the application is completed (informations and uploads) and finalized, please PRINT, FILL IN, SIGN IN ORIGINAL and SEND the submission-short-form.
      Reminder: without this document your finalized application will be null and void.

    Postal address
    You can send the application with any carrier you think it is appropriate - UPS, DHL, TNT, Postal service, etc.
